Pricing questions

What is usage credit?

It is the common unit across Cindy's managed model service. Monthly credit matches the plan price, actual usage is deducted transparently, and unused credit rolls over within each tier's cap.

Do I pay Cindy if I have my own key or subscription?

No. The software is free. Connect an API key or authorize an existing Coding Plan and use every software capability. The managed service is only the convenient option.

How is a monthly plan different?

Only the price. A monthly plan is 20% lower (PLUS $16 / SUPER $80 / ULTRA $160) with exactly the same monthly credit, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens when credit runs out?

Top up from $10 at 1:1 value or move to a higher tier. Work does not have to stop.

How are teams and enterprises priced?

TEAM and ENTERPRISE are priced by seats and governance needs, with managed and self-hosted Gateway options.
